Mark went to work for the Dallas office of CBRE in 1985 after growing up in Richardson, Tx and attending Southern Methodist University on a football scholarship. He joined Henry S. Miller Company as an Executive VP in 1993 and was the #1 ranked broker at the firm for multiple years. He worked at HSM for 14 years representing national clients such Lowe’s, United Artist, NTB, Home Depot, etc. while managing the firm’s Wal-Mart shadow anchored development program. Mark started Triumph Commercial Realty in 2007.

Ed began his real estate career at Henry S. Miller in 1984 after graduating from SMU and the University of North Texas with bachelor and masters degrees. Over the last 30 plus years he has worked for several prominent real estate and mortgage banking firms including HSM, Grubb & Ellis, Lend Lease, AMRESCO and HFF before teaming up with Mark at Triumph Commercial in 2010.

Tom started working with Don Speckman and Associates in 1983 after graduating from the University of Texas at Dallas. For more than four decades Tom has worked for an impressive array of industry leaders including Brinker International, California Pizza Kitchen, Firebird Restaurant Group, United Commercial Development and Hopkins-Shafer. Tom specializes in restaurants site selection and brokerage.

Connor graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in May of 2018 with a BS emphasizing Marketing and Real Estate. He began his career as a capital markets analyst at NAI Global and C-III Capital Partners in Dallas before joining Triumph Commercial as an analyst and licensed real estate agent in 2020.
